The name CHICHA San Chen comes from an old Chinese analogy that means "even though there are unlimited ways of making tea, we choose the best method of extraction to produce the best flavor".Devoting ourselves to tea brewing for more than two decades, we've been insisting on repeating each détail and striving towards perfection.
